Geauxn To The Hurricaine Grill

Recently, I have found myself spending quite a bit of time at the Hurricane Grill. This little place is somewhat difficult to find among all the bars on lower Greenville but once you find parking and a seat you are up for a great time.

My first experience involved a couple of hurricanes, which by the way are D-liche, chatt'n it up with a couple of locals and hooking my friends up with so
me cute girls. This is when I learned that this is where the locals (Greenville and M-Street) go to hang out and be low key. We were invited to game night by the sweet girls we met but were having such a great time we just could'nt leave.

They have about 5 or 6 big screens that are never dedicated to just one game. Last night we watched the Lakers and kept up the UFC fight. Don't worry gals, instead of gluing the boys to the TVs during the commercials they play 'bumpin' music so you can get your groove thang on!

"The Hurricane Grill, a New Orleans Oyster Bar, which specializes in Cajun Cuisine, is located on Lower Greenville, between The Blue Goose and Terelli's. The Hurricane's establishment provides a fast, friendly atmosphere and is the kind of place where a party, with food, is always happening. Hurricane Grill has Live Entertainment (live music) 7 days a week from 10pm-2am. Never a cover charge!

A Late Night Menu is available 7 Days a Week, until 1:30am
Happy Hour is 11:00am - 7:00pm, Mon-Fri., as well as other various daily "drink specials" Hurricane Grill Website

The food was excellent and the drinks made just the way you like them. I would recomend the mac & cheese and the fried pickles to start. Two thumbs up came from my cajun crew and I will take their word for it - you should too!
